Comprehensive gut renovation of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom period flat within an Art Deco mansion block in Clareville Grove. The project involved complete replacement of plumbing, electrical systems, lighting layout, flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. Bespoke joinery was designed and installed throughout, including a custom-built kitchen, media unit, and bookcase in the main living area, as well as full-height wardrobes in the principal bedroom. Natural materials such as sisal carpets and a variety of natural stones were used to achieve a refined and enduring finish.
