A complete down-to-the-studs refurbishment of a one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat within a prestigious mansion block on Exhibition Road. The property, untouched for over 70 years, required entirely new wiring, plumbing, and plastering throughout. The layout was reconfigured to create a more functional kitchen and bathroom, achieved by installing a structural beam and relocating an internal wall. Working closely with a specialist joiner, we designed and installed a bespoke kitchen with generous storage, maximising the impressive ceiling height and enhancing the sense of space.
