Stanhope Gardens SW7

Comprehensive renovation of a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom flat on Stanhope Gardens. The project included the installation of a new bespoke kitchen with a redesigned layout, removal of internal walls to create an open-plan living area, and the addition of glass railings on the mezzanine level. Floors were refinished throughout, and two new bathrooms along with a powder room were installed. Bespoke joinery, including a custom entertainment unit, was designed and fitted. The property received complete redecoration and new window treatments.

The project was managed in full while the owners were abroad, including coordination of architectural drawings and securing planning approval from the freeholder.
